Key highlights included compelling customer advocacy, particularly from Andrea Curry of McKesson, and a closed-door analyst roundtable with LogicMonitor’s leadership team, which underscored the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
Conference Atmosphere and Structure
The conference began with a lively reception at the Dallas venue, designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The agenda was structured around three learning paths—Discover, Explore, and Go—catering to strategic leaders, technical practitioners, and those seeking hands-on training. Attendees could choose from thought leadership talks, customer success stories, product demos, and certification sessions. The event’s theme, “Own the Modern Data Center in the AI Era,” highlighted by Christina Kosmowski, the LogicMonitor CEO in her keynote, resonated throughout, emphasizing LogicMonitor’s role in enabling seamless, scalable IT operations. The inclusion of AI-driven insights and hybrid observability solutions aligns with market trends, such as unified platforms and cost optimization, making the conference highly relevant to current industry challenges.
Customer Advocacy: Andrea Curry of McKesson
One of the standout moments was the customer advocacy session featuring Andrea Curry, a senior IT leader from McKesson, one of LogicMonitor’s largest and most prominent clients. McKesson, a global healthcare company, relies on LogicMonitor’s LM Envision platform to manage its complex, hybrid IT environment. Curry’s presentation was a compelling case study on how LogicMonitor has transformed McKesson’s IT operations, delivering operational visibility and cost efficiency.
Curry highlighted McKesson’s journey to consolidate its monitoring tools, echoing LogicMonitor’s claim of enabling an 83% reduction in tool sprawl, as seen in other case studies like Schneider Electric. She detailed how LM Envision’s agentless architecture and over 3,000 integrations allowed McKesson to monitor its multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure seamlessly. A key point was the platform’s AI-driven features, such as Edwin AI, which McKesson plans to roll-out that should reduce alert noise by 90% and cut mean time to resolution (MTTR) by 46% according to metrics shared by LogicMonitor. Curry emphasized that the LogicMonitor deployment had translated into tangible business outcomes, enabling McKesson to focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services rather than troubleshooting IT issues.
Curry’s enthusiasm was palpable as she described how LogicMonitor’s has driven a significant consolidation of tools and organizational change in operational resilience. Her session concluded with a rapturous applause, underscoring the power of customer advocacy in validating LogicMonitor’s solutions.
Closed-Door Analyst Roundtable: LogicMonitor’s Vision for Growth
Another highlight was an exclusive, closed-door analyst roundtable with LogicMonitor’s leadership team, including CEO Christina Kosmowski, Karthik Sj, GM of AI and, Chief Marketing Officer Brooke Cunningham, and other key leaders. Held in a private boardroom, the session offered us analysts a deep dive into LogicMonitor’s strategic roadmap and growth plans. The ELT provided insights on the company’s overall strategy, emphasizing the push into helping clients with a stronger focus on Observability maturity, and working with GSI partners to deliver actionable consulting engagements to deploy LogicMonitor solutions in bite sized chunks. The leadership team’s cohesive vision was further underscored by their alignment with 2025 observability trends, including consolidation, AI integration, and cost optimization.
Analysts probed the team on challenges and overall I came away impressed with the trajectory and prospects for the company in the months ahead. The roundtable concluded with a sense of confidence in LogicMonitor’s trajectory, reinforced by the leadership’s transparency and strategic clarity that left analysts optimistic about LogicMonitor’s future in the observability market.
Beyond the advocacy and roundtable, Elevate 2025 offered a rich array of sessions. A keynote by Kosmowski. Breakout sessions covered practical topics, such as hybrid cloud monitoring and AIOps best practices, with live demos showcasing LM Envision’s capabilities.
Networking was a key component, with exclusive events connecting IT leaders, LogicMonitor executives, and partners. The Partner Program’s impact was evident, with partners like Veeue powered by AppDirect showcasing integrated solutions. The conference also highlighted LogicMonitor’s global reach, with upcoming Elevate events in Sydney (May 29) and London (June 25), reinforcing its commitment to a worldwide community.
Looking Ahead
Elevate 2025 provided an interesting insight into LogicMonitor’s trajectory and I certainly came away impressed by the focus of the ELT as it drives the company forward. For me the event blended strategic insights, technical depth, and community engagement. Andrea Curry’s advocacy session underscored LogicMonitor’s real-world impact, particularly focused on operational efficiency for enterprises like McKesson was a standout. The analyst roundtable revealed a leadership team with a clear, ambitious vision, backed by significant funding and a customer-centric approach. The event’s focus on AI, hybrid observability, and FinOps aligned with 2025 market demands, positioning LogicMonitor as a leader in the $4.38B observability market, projected to grow at a 10.7% CAGR through 2030.
For attendees, Elevate offered actionable takeaways, from cost-saving strategies to AIOps implementation.
