Strengthening the Extreme Platform ONE proposition is the unveiling of new Extreme platform models aimed at enterprise core, data center, and universal compute environments and applications. The 7830 is designed for high-performance 100G and 400G enterprise core and data center networks, supporting Extreme Fabric and traditional switching scenarios. The 8730 Series delivers 400G for data center IP Fabric, enabling spine and leaf architectures. The new 2130C, 3150C, and 3160C UCPs provide simplicity and flexibility for customers deploying Extreme management and security applications within their networks.
Additionally, Extreme rolled out agile Wi-Fi 7 and versatile campus wired solutions to provide improved experiences wherever they are needed. Alongside the AP4020, which is shipping now, more access points (APs) are forthcoming to support outdoor and external antenna use cases, expanding the premium enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 7 AP portfolio beyond the AP5020 with versatile options for outdoor deployments and various external antenna configurations. The new 5120 Switch Series facilitates cost-effective 10G aggregation, while the compact 5320 Switch supports edge use cases in space-constrained environments.
